At the outset, we will meet you to discuss your requirements, and from that, we’ll deal with the following and keep you informed and in firm control:
The Venue –
Using our extensive knowledge of venues throughout the UK, we’ll find the perfect location for your wedding whether it be a grand ballroom, a country mansion, a rustic barn or a bohemian tent.
The Suppliers –
We’ll source all the necessary suppliers for your wedding from florists and stationers. For each area of your day, we’ll produce a detailed shortlist of thoroughly vetted professionals complete with references and fees to enable you to make informed decisions.
The Management –
We’ll take care of all your wedding administration, arranging appointments, attending meetings, ordering samples and handling all wedding related paperwork, phone calls and emails. We’ll manage your budget, track all payments, develop a wedding day schedule and liaise with all your suppliers to ensure they are clear regarding the day’s arrangements. Throughout the planning process, we will always be on hand to give you the benefit of our expert knowledge and experience.
The Design –
We’ll work with you to identify a design theme that is personal and unique to you and your celebration. We’ll produce colour schemes and design boards, search for the perfect accessories and if necessary decorate your venue, hang decorations, scatter petals, tie ribbons and put all the finishing touches in place.
The Day –
When the day itself arrives, we will be on hand to manage your day, ensuring everything goes without a hitch, decorating your venue and acting as a point of contact for your guests and suppliers.
Wedding Photographer –
Pastiche has its very own photographers who are available for hire. From a passion of photography, our photographers have created and captured many amazing moments in people’s lives, and assist in making memories last for a life time; hence they are in constant demand. With a keen eye for detail and the passion to create something a little different for each and every wedding, clients love the creativity and dedication our photographers have to their art.
We can provide everything for your wedding entertainment from a full themed wedding, to a DJ and disco.
Wedding DJ & Disco Hire –
Pastiche can provide DJs for all occasions, weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, nightclubs, one-off club nights or longer term residencies.
Good parties don’t just happen – they need guidance. The DJ has control of the pace, he stops and starts the party with the music and microphone, reading the crowd to create the best possible atmosphere.
The DJ & Disco Package will include
- Arrive promptly and will be set up in plenty of time.
- Be impeccably mannered and suitably dressed.
- Full state of the art sound and lighting equipment,
- Music played at an eardrum friendly level.
- Special effects such as bubble machine, smoke machine are available on request but smoke machines are subject to the venue’s regulations.
- Provide music to suit your requirements, from ballroom music through to the greatest hits from the past few decades to the very latest chart tunes.
- Arrange the timings of the first dance, cutting of the cake and make any necessary announcements.
