For Halloween or a Fright Night, let Pastiche create a
Zombies or Walking Dead Theme
Night for your venue. Imagine your venue has been
infestated with Zombies, however they have subsequently been
captured and caged, and for one night only by the team from
Pastiche, and are being exhibited for guests to experience.
"It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking in the dark.
Under the moonlight, you see a sight that almost stops your heart.
You try to scream, but terror takes the sound before you make it.
You start to freeze, as horror looks you right between the eyes.
You're paralyzed 'Cause this is thriller, thriller night."
Entrance
As guests arrive at the venue they are greeted outside by Zombie
Fire Artistes who are performing to the crowds, enticing people into
the venue. Stilt Walking Zombies in full costume, can mix and mingle
with guests, either inside or outside the venue.
Special Effects ? A wide range of effects can be created, such as:

Music is played throughout to help create the atmosphere.

Smoke machines will create an eerie atmosphere throughout the
venue.

Theming such as tombstones, cobwebs and other props, can be seen
around the venue, adding to the atmosphere.
Side Shows
 Once in the main area of the venue,
guests will encounter a range of the following effects:
Living Statue Chair ? (see picture on right for example) A
Beautifully detailed armchair sits motionless in one area of the
venue (preferably in it?s own cordoned section, so not to spoil the
effect for guests who haven?t experienced it). Guests are invited
into the section to have their photograph taken for the website or
for keyrings etc. Little do guests know, that this armchair is
perfectly concealing an actor sitting inside. Whilst the photograph
is being taken the actor comes to life to startle unsuspecting
victims, the chair can also move across the floor as if it was
haunted.
Zombie Cage - In one area of the venue stands a locked cage(s),
inside of which are Zombies (dancers) who are trying to get
out, by rattling the cage door. Others are trying to grab guests
through the railings as they pass them by.
Main Show
Guests have experienced the Zombie entrance and side show effects,
but can anything prepare them for the highlight of the evening, when
the main show begins.
The show starts with the Zombie Leader appearing on stage,
commanding the other Zombies to join her on stage to wreak havoc
upon tonight?s guests. A loud commotion ensues, at the entrance of
the venue, where the Zombies in the cages, are furiously trying to
escape. Suddenly the cage doors fly open and the Zombies are let
loose into the crowd. They make their way through the crowds, some
walking behind the bar, on the bar, whilst others push through the
crowds.
The Zombies start to carry out a tribal Zombie dance, preparing them
for the evening ahead. This is followed with a couple more
choreographed routines, with each piece of music being more vibrant
than the previous, up until the end of the last piece.
  The
Zombie Leader points to a guest in the crowd, and summons the other
Zombies to grab the guest and bring him up on stage. With a
struggle, he?s brought up on stage and after some interaction a
bottle is smashed over his head to knock him out. He is then dragged
to a Cross which has been at the back of the stage all night.
The guest is locked into the vertical frame, which encloses him to
just below the arms. Struts extend out from either side, ending in
handles for the guest to grip, so that his arms are stretched out.
The frame is vertically divided into two sections, a lower one
reaching up to his knees, and an upper one from his thighs to his
mid chest. The lower section remains open during the illusion, and
the audience can see through it, between the guest?s legs, and
through the corresponding opening at the back. The upper section,
which encloses his torso and upper legs, is also open at the front
and back, however during the illusion, a screen is placed over the
front opening.
The Zombies walk around the guest and vertical frame, when suddenly
one of the Zombies pushes their hand straight through the torso of
the guest from behind. The audience see the Zombie?s hand come out
at the front, this is followed by the entire Zombie pushing
themselves through from back to front, through the screen,
apparently passing completely through the guest?s torso. When the
screen is taken away the audience can see the guest?s torso complete
with blood and guts hanging out, following the Zombie passing
through.
The guest is unlocked from the frame, and dragged to one side of the
stage. One of the other Zombies brings a large knife on stage and
hands this to the Zombie Leader. The Zombie is then subjected to
having their arm cut, with the knife, in full view of the audience.
The blood runs from the wound and is caught in a glass, which is
taken over to the original guest, who is made to drink the blood of
a Zombie, therefore becoming one of them.
With the guest becoming a Zombie, they dress him up as one of them
and he gains the power of a Zombie. Further Zombie acts take place
in this awe inspiring show which leaves guests amazed !
All the Zombies congregate to perform to Michael Jackson?s
?Thriller?, to end the show, before starting to mix and mingle with
guests once again.
"The foulest stench is in the air. The funk of forty thousand years
and grizzly ghouls from every tomb, are closing in to seal your
doom. And though you fight to stay alive, your body starts to
shiver. For no mere mortal can resist, the evil of the thriller!!!"
Who is the next victim to be chosen to become a Zombie?.watch out,
the Zombies are amongst us..and no one is safe....
